Many people have difficulty in being able to envisage how a building will look from just analysing a set of floor plans and elevations. Our job is to alleviate this issue using computer graphics to create a visual representation that people can understand. We take these plans into our computer and build a 3-Dimensional model to show the space, texture and lighting of the building which is yet to be build. This is called a 3D model. From the 3D model, images and videos can be produced to accompany any marketing for the property. So not only can it be used to show the architects design, but also aid in selling the new property off the plan.
