When Virteer started up in early 2007, we focused primarily on Architectural Visualisation. Since then, Virteer have gained a lot of experience in working with Architects from all over Australia.
One of the most obvious differences in working with Architects is that the plans could still be in the design stage. Many Architects rely on our 3D services in this stage to communicate the design.
Our aim is to keep the service fast and simple. Once the model is constructed we organize a 1hr meeting to revise changes and identify key elements that will be used to sell the concept.
After the design stage is complete, Virteer is able to add some fine tuning to the 3D model so it can be used as marketing for Property Sales.
3D Images for Architects
Throughout the design stage there will be many milestones with challenges that can only be overcome by effectively communicating the ideas and concept.
Communicating with imagery is an excellent way to have all stakeholders quickly understand the design. With Virteer you only need to provide us with the plans of the buildings and which areas to focus on. We usually turn around conceptual imagery within 2-5 working days depending on the scope and complexity required.
3D Interactive for Architects
All of Virteers 3D services come complete with the 3D model and viewing software required at no extra cost. (Currently this is Windows only).
As mentioned previously, Virteer uses real-time software to build 3D models. This allows you, the client, to interactively pick a preferred camera angle, move objects around the scene and alter building materials and finishes with ease and instantly see the results.
Asides from the free viewer, Virteer create custom 3D Interactive software. These models are often referred to as a Virtual Scale Models or Serious Games. The possibilities are so diverse in this medium. Many clients use this premium service to develop experiences that are intended for specific audiences.
The service to provide a comprehensive presentation resource like this needs to be as simple as possible. Hence Virteer maintains a focus on developing a streamlined experience of creating and operating the presentation media that is both clear and efficient for the client.
